Named after CEO Dustin's dog, a retired racing greyhound, Red West Analytics aims to help companies make complicated data-driven decisions that will lead to results. "Big data" is all around us, but it is incredibly complicated and time consuming to peel back all the layers and come away with a clear understanding of what story the data is telling us. Red West Analytics will provide consulting services that take this off the to-do lists of decision makers so they can get back to doing what they do best.

Dustin Baellow - CEO
A Randolph-Macon College graduate and a lover of all things Chiefs, Nationals, and UVA Cavaliers, Dustin started Red West Analytics in 2017 after spending almost 3 years analyzing pharmaceutical sales data with a goal to provide companies with an easy and efficient way to make data-driven decisions. In his free time, you can find Dustin hiking with his wife Jenn, hanging out with their two dogs, or rewatching The Office.

A racing greyhound veteran of 199 races, Red was adopted by Dustin in November of 2014 after he retired from his illustrious career. After spending nearly 5 years on the track, in his free time, you can find Red sleeping, eating, or playing with his brother, a 2 year old black lab, Charlie. While occasionally he'll break out into a full sprint, Red is more likely to be dreaming about running than actually running anymore.
Kathy Baldwin - Data Entry Technician
Kathy has worked with Dustin since 2015 as a Data Entry Technician. She is motivated, enthusiastic, detail oriented and has over ten years’ experience in office administration and client service. Originally from South Jersey, Kathy moved to the Shenandoah Valley in 1987 to work in the pharmaceutical industry. She loves spending time with her 2 kids (20 and 16), husband Mark, and enjoys gardening, walking and kayaking.
